Who We Are

Bekah Puccia, CSAC-I

Founder/ Recovery Coach

Originally from Upstate NY, Bekah’s experience ranges from direct care in both a wilderness and psychiatric hospital setting, treatment admissions, intervention, and individual substance abuse counseling.  Bekah moved to Asheville after her own long-term wilderness treatment experience.  She found the Asheville recovery community to be abundant, and it was there that she began her career in the substance abuse field.  She holds her Bachelor’s degree in writing, and still enjoys short essays, poetry, and creative nonfiction.

With over seven years of sobriety, she finds her work with women to be the most fulfilling.  During this time, she has come to truly understand that she may “only keep what she has by giving it away.”  When not working, she enjoys all aspects of the outdoors with her dogs, husband, and daughters, reading humor essays, and attending concerts.
